PerformCare assigns Account Executives to work with our providers. Besides answering questions and concerns, they can assist in training and development.

Timely claims processing

We know that providers want to be paid in a timely manner, and try to make it as easy as possible to submit claims. We accept both electronic and paper claims and work collaboratively with claims clearinghouses. PerformCare Provider Account Executives work with providers to try and accommodate any requests, including requests for alternative payment options, such as case payments and capitation.

Comprehensive networks

We know how important it is to develop strong, comprehensive provider networks quickly and effectively. As a member of AmeriHealth Caritas - one of the largest providers of health care management in the country - we have tremendous resources available. Our Rapid Response Enrollment Team can be implemented anywhere in the country, allowing for  invaluable face-to-face communications with providers and large provider associations.
